We are a small-sized Property Letting business which develops and rents exceptional units of accommodation for students / professionals in the Jesmond, Sandyford, Heaton and City Centre areas of Newcastle. We only manage and let our own properties.
Our properties have been extensively refurbished to a high standard, and are based in prime locations.
Our properties include:
- Breakfast kitchens with dining table and chairs. Upright fridge freezers and washer dryers , dishwashers, microwaves and modern fitted kitchens.
- British Gas break down cover and general repairs and maintenance by the best local companies.
- Thermostatic valves to all radiators, "A" rated boilers and full double glazing throughout, which reduces your gas bills... and any noise.
- High security – BS locks on external and internal bedroom doors, rear security lighting.
- Modern fitted bathrooms.
